OPPORTUNITIES:
Electronic Test & Design Engineer
DARE Electronics, a leading designer of electronic sensing and control devices, is seeking an Electronic Test & Design Engineer. With nearly 50 years’ experience serving the military and aerospace industry, DARE is growing and has a rare opportunity for the right candidate.

As a highly-valued member of DARE’s team, you will be directly responsible for helping ensure DARE maintains its reputation for 100% Quality and On-Time delivery by learning to design, build, and test complex, high-reliability, high-accuracy electronics sensing & control devices.
Responsibilities Include:
Developing and laying out printed circuit boards
Creating electrical schematics
Designing test boxes, manufacturing fixtures, tools, and/or aids
Building, testing, and/or inspecting products
Troubleshooting product failures
Implementing the use of new PCB software
Interfacing with customers to understand their requirements
Desired Qualifications / Characteristics:
In-Depth Electronics Circuit Knowledge, including AC DC circuits
Experience soldering, assembling, and testing electronic circuit boards
Basic metrology and machine shop skills
Strong organizational skills
Great attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as member of a team
Willingness to learn
Self-Driven / Motivated to excel
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
